Fourth Street Restaurant Grand Opening

After a heartfelt farewell, we are beyond excited to announce our return with joy, passion, and a whole new adventure! Saying goodbye at Col’s was tough, but we knew it wasn’t the end—it was just the beginning of something even more special.

We’re thrilled to introduce Fourth Street Restaurant, a fresh take on what you already loved, now housed in the former Inn Season Cafe location. Expect the best of both worlds—our signature morning brunch that you’ve come to adore, followed by a transformed evening bistro with a slightly refined menu to satisfy every craving. And if you’re just in the mood to unwind, our fantastic bar will be the perfect spot to relax and enjoy.

We’ve been quietly working behind the scenes, fine-tuning every detail—from the layout to the menu to the ambiance—to make sure this space feels like home. Our goal? To open our doors by February 2025 and welcome you all back into our family.

Of course, no journey comes without its hurdles. We recently encountered a small delay with an inspection, but we’re hopeful that the issue will be resolved by next week. We’ll keep you posted, so stay tuned for updates!

We’re also planning soft opening events, giving you the chance to be among the first to experience the magic of Fourth Street Restaurant. Keep an eye out for those dates—we’d love for you to be part of our journey from the very beginning.

For those familiar with the former location, you’ll be happy to know we’re bringing back some of its original charm. Expect to see the curved entrance restored and thoughtful nods to its past woven into the design.
